March, 2023: Zuari Industries Ltd. has partnered with Envien International Ltd., Slovakia to build a 150 KLPD grain-based distillery in Aira, Uttar Pradesh, to supply ethanol to Oil Marketing Companies under the Ethanol Blending Programme of the Government of India. The distillery is expected to start operations by mid-2024, providing employment to around 2000 people. The joint venture company, Zuari Envien Bioenergy Pvt. Ltd., plans to increase production to 1000 KLPD in the future.

March, 2023: The St. Regis Residences in Dubai's Downtown is a luxury residential tower developed by Adventz Group and Marriot International. It offers bespoke amenities for affluent residents, such as an infinity pool with Burj Khalifa views, golf simulation room, padel courts, yoga area, and a running track. Launched in March 2023, the project completion is set for 2025.

October, 2022: Texmaco Rail and Engineering Ltd. has won a contract worth Rs 252.88 crore from Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited to supply standard gauge ballastless track for the Indore Metro Rail project. The scope of work includes designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning the track, which is likely to be 33.53 km long with 30 stations, in about 3.5 years.

September, 2022: Care Ratings Limited has assigned the rating ‘CARE BBB-; Stable’ to Long term Facilities and ‘CARE A3’ to Short Term Facilities of Zuari Industries Limited. 

June, 2022: Adventz Group's new residential project in Dubai Downtown, located beside the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, will be the epitome of luxury maintained by Marriott's St. Regis residences. The building will have only 230 units, ensuring exclusivity and world-class services and facilities.

May, 2022: PPL successfully completed its initial public offering of INR 1500 Cr and made its debut in the stock markets with simultaneous listings on the BSE and NSE. Government of India divested its entire 20% stake as part of the IPO and a portion of the proceeds was used to complete the purchase of the 1.2 million MT fertilizer plant in Goa.

April, 2022: Zuari Industries Limited has merged its sugar business with itself to create a single, larger entity with improved strategic fit and value creation for stakeholders. Gobind Sugar Mills Limited has undergone significant transformation, including the addition of cogeneration, distillery, and sugar refinery facilities, and an increased crushing capacity. The amalgamation will streamline operations, reduce costs, and provide economies of scale, resulting in enhanced shareholder value.
